What is your minimum order quantity?
For standard shopping bag styles, our MOQ is 2,000 pieces per design. Quantities for other product lines depend on style and printing — we confirm on quotation.
Can we order samples before mass production?
Yes. Sample costs depend on style and printing; sample charges are usually deducted from mass-production payment.
Can we use our own freight forwarder?
Yes. We welcome your designated forwarder, and we can also arrange sea, air, rail or express shipping for you.
How do you control quality?
Our QC team follows production and carries out mid-term and final inspections to AQL 2.5. Third-party inspection companies are welcome.
